    I wanted to impress Mrs. Yelper without dropping a lot of coin (she is more frugal than me). So finally get to try Birdies! Our first visit was for breakfast, which is not Birdies at their best, but it was very good. Next visit was The One: Birdies Nashville and Birdies Spicy. Dear heavens. It's like Popeyes only bigger + bolder. Exquisite blend of super crunchy big moist chicken, cole slaw, buttermilk ranch mayo, Tillamook cheddar, and pickles. This is not their flagship location, but it's our new favorite.

    Piping hot chicken sandwich that was made to order. Their banana cream donut is bomb. The cream is super light, the donut is fluffy and soft. $4.25/donut but seriously try it out, it's so good!

    Birdies was a staple in my home prior to Covid. We went for the dessert doughnuts and the chicken sandwiches. We decided to stop by on a Tuesday and their menu was completely changed. They now have full on breakfast and they have chicken bites. Let me tell you, the chicken bites are full on chicken strips. You can get them flavored and they have so many sauces. We actually went back twice in a week. The location is clean, but very small. I think most people get their food to go, I have never seen anyone eat in the shop. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend stopping by if your are in the area. Oh and they have tater tots. What adult doesn't want tater tots?

    Finally tried Birdies after driving by the place regularly! Food was excellent and service even better. Definitely recommend the Original Breakfast Burrito and the Oreo donut. French toast was yummy too! Cute place on the inside as well.
